Terms of service

These terms cover the websites and portals of Retake Creative Studio, a business of Retakephoto LLC (“Retake”, “we”): client.retakecreative.com, photographer.retakecreative.com and admin.retakecreative.com. By signing in or using them you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Accounts

• Portals are for Retake’s clients, their teams, and the photographers and editors who work with us. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you’re responsible for what’s done with it.
• We may suspend an account that’s misused or no longer needed.

Bookings, invoices and payments

Shoots, prices and payment terms are as confirmed in your booking and on your invoice. Card payments are handled by our payment provider.

Your photos and videos

Delivered files are available in your portal. Downloading them may require the invoice to be paid and accepting the usage terms shown on your gallery, which govern how the files may be used.

Team members

Photographers and editors use the team portal under their agreement with Retake. Pay and job details shown there are confidential.

Text messages

Texts are optional and only sent to people who opt in. The text message program page explains what we send, how often, and how to stop (reply STOP) or get help (reply HELP).

Acceptable use

Don’t try to access other people’s accounts or files, interfere with the service, or upload anything unlawful.

Changes and contact
